Chris grew up on Long Island, NY. He received his B.A. from Bucknell University in 1996, and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1999. He began his professional career serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, specializing in narcotics and violent felony offenses. In 2003, he became a partner in the law firm of Guercio & Guercio, LLP. During his time in private practice, he specialized in public sector labor law, serving as Labor Counsel to numerous school districts and municipalities throughout Long Island.
Chris began his transition to real estate in 2013 as an investor, renovating distressed properties, and acquiring rental properties throughout the country. That same year, he obtained his real estate broker’s license in NY. In 2015 Chris relocated to San Diego and became a licensed agent in CA as well. He now works full time as a real estate agent, representing investors, developers, and retail clients in both CA and NY.
